My salon experience at Hair Virtuoso was literally over-the-top amazing. I called the salon and was called back by CeCe, the owner, who made my appointment for the next day. She was all smiles and laughs even bright and early on a Friday morning.
I told her I wanted something “different”—color in my hair, originally planning for red even though I wasn’t sure what I wanted exactly. After discussing what color the dyes would fade to, she helped me decide the right color for my hair. Not only did she discuss the fade, she warned me of the possible difficulty in washing the colors separately so I could decide if it was the right decision for my lifestyle. Together, we decided to use a blue palette and then she took over, sweeping three shades throughout the bottom layers of my hair while I sipped a hot tea and admired the salon’s lovely red and black décor.
CeCe was extremely friendly and made me feel as if I were her oldest, favorite client even though this was my first visit. When the dye was set, she went to work on my raggedy ends with an expert, unique styling technique that evened out my bang grow-out and didn’t hack the length off noticeably at all. The final result was stunning. From the back, a deep purple color peeks out the ends of my long hair, and from the front the layers of deep ocean blue and turquoise-marine blue peer from above the ears. CeCe transformed my hair from a blah-blonde to BAM BLONDE BLUE! Leaving the salon on my bike, I hadn’t made it two blocks when a woman screamed (from her lawn!) “You’re hair is beautiful!” Not only have I have never felt so amazing after a hair appointment, I’ve never been so happy with my experience overall.
CeCe: Thank you so much for an outstanding cut and color, and for making our appointment so much fun! I will be going back (not soon enough) but until then I will keep telling the countless admirers that all the credit belongs to the awesome ladies at Hair Virtuoso.
A M A Z I N G!!! My first time at Virtuoso with CeCe. I'm a "young" 53 who just got the "hottest" looking cut of my life! I had so much FUN watching CeCe do her "magic!!!" She is an ARTIST -- so I let her do her thing...so glad I did. Just trust her; that's all you have to do -- cuz, she knows her stuff! (And I'm PICKY!!!) YOU GO GIRL! (p.s. I hope I stay "one of a kind, though" so don't all run to her at once) wink!
CeCe is our hero! My 4 yr. old daughter is bi-racial and had really long hair. It was a fight every time I did her hair. I wanted to get it cut into a style that is more manageable for the both of us and went to another salon that did not want me to cut her hair. They showed me how to blow out her hair, but it was just not practical for a 4 yr old busy body. I was at my wit's end when I called CeCe. We came in and CeCe worked magic on my daughter's hair. She looked at her hair dry so she could see the various types of curls in her hair. She cut my daughter's hair into a layered bob about shoulder length so we could still put it up. CeCe was absolutely fabulous in picking a hair style JUST RIGHT for my daughter and she was able to work with my daughter's ethnic hair with expertise. As far as I'm concerned, there is not only 1 salon in town anymore that does ethnic hair! Thank you so much CeCe.
It's been 2 week since since I've had the Keratin treatment and my hair has never been healthy, soft, and shiny. And this is how it looks without any product; all natural! I don't have to use a hair dryer or straightener for it to look pretty. I truly have wash and wear hair that is finally healthy and will stay healthy since I don't need to use hot tools on it. I can be out in the fog and it has no effect on my hair; I can let it dry naturally and it lays beautifully. I think about all the money I spent on products to mask the frizz and am so pleased that I no longer have deal with icky hair. Don't let your stylist push their products to cover unhealthy hair; get this treatment and have naturally healthy hair all the time! Thank you Cece for informing me of this.
The keratin treatment transformed my hair by eliminating frizz and giving me glossy shiny hair without being weighted down! The cost is reasonably especially now that I don't have to purchase all those everyday products that just masked the frizz and shined up the dull for the day. Love it! Thank you Cece, you truly are an artist and a wonderful person.
@ Maria, I don't do braided hair weave anymore do to the stress it causes to my hands.. but i can recommend a place called Blessings here in town. Good luck
Me and two of my girlfriends just had feather extensions put in by CeCe and we love them! This was our first time at Hair Virtuoso and we had a wonderful experience. The salon has a fun and inviting interior and CeCe was so helpful and nice! We will definitely be returning! Thanks CeCe!
do you guys do hair extensions for black hair? or just feather extensions?
I've been going to CeCe for years and I always leave looking amazing. I have difficult to lighten hair, and CeCe has worked hard every time to find the right treatment combination to get my hair to the perfect blonde.
Before coming to CeCe, my hair was very damaged from bleaching. CeCe recommended I use the Mender intensive deep conditioning treatment once a week, which I did. Now, my hair is shiny, silky, soft and strong!

I came in to see Heather as a dingy blonde with a sub-par haircut. I'd been to other salons asking for an edgy cut, and they just couldn't deliver. Heather lifted me to a BEAUTIFUL pearl blonde and gave me the funky, edgy hair I'd been dreaming of. The process took longer than expected, but Heather took the time to make sure it was done the RIGHT way. The chemical process was no joke. I purchased the Mender product from her as well. EVERY BLONDE SHOULD OWN THIS PRODUCT. After using this product for a week, my hair was even MORE healthy than before I bleached it. I'm definitely more than satisfied with the service I got, and would highly recommend this salon to ANYONE. In fact, I have. My friend got purple put in her hair from Heather, and she is as happy as I am!
